Time-building at the Sugar Land Airport or Nearby

Are you looking to build time? Do you have your instrument rating? It would be even better if you are a CFI, or best if you have your CFII. I am looking to build time while working on my instrument rating. Let me know if you would like to fly out of the Sugar Land Airport or somewhere nearby. I have a Gulfstream American (Grumman) AA-1 Yankee 2-seater with upgraded 150 hp 0320-A2C engine and extended range fuel tanks, plus GPS, based at KSGR.
