Hi! As many of you I'm looking to time build hours, I have most my ratings but CFI/CFII and because of that I can probably give some "teaching" to help practicing my instructor skills.
I live in the Houston area, Conroe to be specific or KDWH as well is near me, however I have no issues commuting!
